I work with students on homework, classwork, and building the foundations that IGCSE and IB will later demand. If your child recently moved to an international school from a different system, I help bridge the gap between what they learned before and what their new school expects.
Targeted preparation for Cambridge IGCSE, Edexcel IGCSE, and GCSE Mathematics — Core and Extended. Past papers, exam technique, time management, and focused work on the topics where marks are being lost.
Support for both Analysis & Approaches and Applications & Interpretation, at Standard and Higher Level. Exam preparation, Internal Assessment guidance, and help with the significant jump in difficulty from IGCSE to IB.
For students at schools offering the A-Level pathway — AS and A-Level Mathematics and Further Mathematics, all major exam boards.
I studied mathematics at university level for five years. This means I don't just know the school syllabus — I understand the subject deeply enough to explain it from different angles until your child finds the one that makes sense to them.
All lessons are conducted in clear, natural English. Your child won't struggle to understand the tutor on top of struggling with the maths.
English, German, French, and native Ukrainian and Russian. If your child needs a concept explained in another language to break through a block, I can do that. No other tutor in Berlin offers this combination.
I work with students across Cambridge IGCSE, Edexcel, AQA, IB Mathematics, and the German curriculum. I understand the differences between these systems and where students typically struggle when transitioning between them.
